The government has decided Subas Chandra Nembang‘s final rites will performed with state honours.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers on Tuesday has also decided to give a public holiday on September 13 to honour Nembang on the day of his final rites will be performed.
Nembang, a member of the House of Representatives died following a heart attack in the early hours of Tuesday morning. He was 71 years old.
